I recently got the chance to chat with two legendary death metal musicians (and South Carolina residents), Karl Sanders and Derek Roddy. Karl and Derek traveled to Egypt in 2017 to write and record music with artist and collaborator Nader Sadek. The fruits of that union, The Serapeum, will be released in November.
