Fall Drinks and Their Songs!

It’s finally September, which means, of course, it’s time for everyone to make their switch from summer to fall drinks. Fall drinks each have their own unique taste; whether its pumpkin spice, apple, or cinnamon flavored. Although it might not seem like it, fall drinks and music have that in common. Different songs have their own unique sound, just like fall drinks have their own unique flavor. Here are some of the most popular fall beverages and what songs correlate with them:

  1. Pumpkin Spice Latte

“we fell in love in october” - girl in red

The most popular fall drink with the most popular fall song…no further explanation needed.

  1. Chai Latte

“Insomniac” - Memo Boy

A song with a bit of spice to it for a drink with a bit of spice in it.

  1. Caramel Macchiato

“Sarah” - Alex G

A bolder flavor with sweet undertones, much like the song.

  1. Apple Cider

“Scott Street” - Phoebe Bridgers

Bitter for some and sweet for others.

  1. Hot Chocolate

“Buzzcut Season” - Lorde

A nostalgic drink for a nostalgic sounding song.

  1. Cinnamon Dolce Latte

Linger” - The Cranberries

Creamy with a hint of sweetness.

  1. Apple Crisp Espresso

“Fade Into You” - Mazzy Star

Have you ever drank/listened to something that feels like the embodiment of leaves

falling? Yeah, that’s both of these.

  1. Earl Grey Tea

“Cardigan” - Taylor Swift

A floral and fruity tasting drink with a song that makes you feel like you’re lying in a pile of leaves.

  1. Hazelnut Mocha

“Undone - The Sweater Song” - Weezer

A bolder flavor and a “bolder” alternative song.

  1. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino

“Sweater Weather” - The Neighbourhood

A slow song befitting the “caramel” title. Another one of the most iconic fall songs.

  1. Cinnamon Almondmilk Macchiato

“Cigarette Daydreams” - Cage The Elephant

An overly sweet drink pairs perfectly with a bittersweet song.

  1. Cranberry Autumn Tea

“Where’d All the Time Go?” - Dr. Dog

Both are sweet at first with a sour aftertaste.
